The original vehicle infotainment system does not have DVD/CD function, but supports audio CD playback.

1. Connect the USB cable of the drive to a USB port in the vehicle. Then you can insert the CD into the disc slot of the drive. The drive automatically retracts the disc and starts reading the music.

2. Then search for the music player symbol in the infotainment system. Click USB in the player interface to see the music list. You can select titles from this list. Control via steering wheel buttons (if learning) is also supported.

The converted Android large display main unit can support the CD operation steps.

1. Connect the USB cable of the drive to a USB port in the vehicle. (Choose any USB port. If no audio data is detected, please switch to another USB port.) Insert the CD into the drive slot The drive automatically retracts the disc and starts reading the music.

2. Then find the music player icon in the central display and tap USB in the player interface. After the drive has read the tracks, you can select a track to play. Steering wheel buttons control is supported.

Other Devices

Such as smart TV, TV set-top box, laptop/desktop PC (without recording function), tablet computer, outdoor speakers, home audio amplifier and other devices with USB interface – if they support WAV format, playback is possible. This makes it a real all-purpose device for all your applications.

Troubleshooting and reviewing

1. If the CD cannot be read, this is because the vehicle main unit is not compatible with the WAV music format. In this case, you can either use the AUX input or an FM transmitter to transmit the audio signal to the central control system (the accessories required for the connection are included).

2. To check the performance of the CD drive, you can connect it to the USB port of a desktop computer or laptop and insert a CD. If the contents of the CD can be read, the drive will work properly.

For cars that support WAV

1. Connect the CD player to the USB port (USB 2.0) of your car radio.

2. Insert the CD.

3. Go to "Media". Change the source to USB (just select "USB").

4. After connecting the CD/DVD player to your car stereo via the USB port, all tracks in WAV format will be displayed on the display of your car radio.

5. You can select one of the tracks to start music playback.

For cars with AUX input

1. Connect the Type-C port of the decoder to the USB port of the car radio.

2. Plug one end of the audio cable into the decoder and the other end into the AUX input of the car radio.

3. Connect the CD drive to the USB port of the decoder and then insert an audio CD.

4. Go to the main surface of the car radio and click on the AUX function. At this point, you can play music in CD-DA format.

6. Press the button on the decoder to perform the corresponding function, or use the included remote control.

For cars without AUX input

1. Connect the Type-C port of the decoder to the USB port of the car radio.

2. Plug the drive into the USB interface of the decoder and then insert the CD-DA disc.

3. Enter the main surface of the car radio, activate the FM function and set one of the following frequencies: FM87.1 / FM87.3 / FM87.5 / FM87.8 / FM88.2 / FM88.5 / FM88.7 / FM107.3 / FM107.5 / FM108.0 Press the "Mode" button on the remote control at the same time to set the same frequency on the decoder.

4. Now you can listen to CD-DA music.

5. Press the button on the decoder to perform the corresponding function, or use the included remote control.

Important notes:

1. The inverted position of the product reduces both its reading performance and shock resistance. It is strictly forbidden to turn the device upside down if there is a disc inside.

2. As this product has been professionally assembled and calibrated, you must not disassemble or re-adjust it yourself.

3. Do not use electrical components beyond their specified rated values.

4. For proper operation, the supply voltage on the pins must be between 4.75V and 5.25V. The rated voltage is 5 V.

5. Storage: Do not store the product in places with high temperature, high humidity or strong dust.

6. Handling: Excessive pressure may deform the case.

7. Please do not insert a second disc if one is already in the drive.

8. Do not expose this product to bumps or falls.
