The timber supplied in these kits will be suitable for 300mm joist centres, which will be sufficient for all decking supplied by eDecks. With extra-thick 6 x 2 joists at 300mm centres, you can be assured of greater durability to withstand much heavier loads, for example, when installing a hot tub on your deck. Pressure-treated green, to BS8417 at our very own treatment works, will maximise the lifespan of the timber by up to 15 years!
