• Can I use the headset to answer or hang up calls?

  If the headset is connected to a mobile phone, you can click the MFB to answer/end calls on the headset; If the headset is connected to a computer, you need to answer calls on the computer. Reminder: MFB does not work with desk phones and landlines

• Why does teams show the microphone cannot be detected after my headset is connected to computer?

  When you use software to make a call, check the settings of the computer and software, make sure to select [BT-68 Dongle] as the default output and input device. Besides, you can exit the software and login in again.Because it may not sync at first

• Can I mute the microphone if I am not on a call?

  Our wireless headset only support muting during a call. It doesn't support muting if you are not on a call.

• How to charge the bluetooth headset?

  There are two ways to charge it, you can use the type-c cable to charge the bluetooth headset directly. Or use the charging base to charge the bluetooth headset.

• What should I do if there is no sound when the headset is connected to the computer?

  Please check the sound settings of both the computer and the software to make sure [BT-68 Dongle] is selected as the default output and input device.
