SEASONING GUIDE (Before First Use)
1. Wash with warm water and dry thoroughly
2. Apply a thin layer of cooking oil to all surfaces
3. Stovetop method: Heat over medium heat until oil begins to smoke slightly. Wipe off excess oil and repeat 2–3 times. Oven method: Heat at 200°C for 1 hour. Let cool naturally
▶Your pan is now ready to use! Each cook naturally builds up the non-stick layer

DAILY CARE & MAINTENANCE
1. RINSE: Rinse with lukewarm water and scrub gently with a soft brush. Avoid harsh detergents
2. DRY: Wipe thoroughly with a towel, then heat briefly on the hob or in the oven. No water, no rust
3. SEASON: While warm, apply a thin layer of cooking oil to both sides. Heat on the hob for several minutes, then let cool.
▶This is the key step to prevent rust and heating is essential – it bonds the oil to the cast iron, creating a natural non-stick layer and preventing rust.
4. STORE: Cool completely, then store flat. Keep dry and well-ventilated. No moisture, no rust
