• How should I store and maintain the product?

  1. Make sure the mattress is clean and dry before storing it.

  2. Store the mattress in a cool, dry place.

  3. If cleaning is needed, please use soapy water and tap water.

  4. Please DO NOT use any chemicals, solvents, or harsh detergents.

• Why does my air mattress feel like it is losing firmness overnight?

  The PVC Material will naturally stretch and expand during use. We recommend that you fully inflate the mattress and then deflate it once more. After this, the PVC should be fully stretched and the mattress should remain firm throughout the night.

• What do I need to pay attention to when camping or using blow-up mattresses?

  If set up correctly, it can be used outdoors or camping. Please set a base between the floor and the mattress to prevent it from being damaged by rocks or tree roots. Tarps and blankets may be appropriate.
