SLM 10 Inch Server Rack for Mac Mini M4 & M4 Pro – 2U Mini Rack with Front Power Button, PETG Heat-Resistant Build, Optimised Airflow – Black with Stealth & White Button (Mac Mini Not Included)

The SLM 10 Inch Server Rack is purpose-built for the Apple Mac Mini M4 and M4 Pro — the new smaller chassis Apple released in late 2024. If you’ve moved your Mac Mini into a homelab, network cabinet or studio rack and you’re tired of reaching round the back to power it on, this is built for you.The standout feature is the front-mounted physical power button. It’s a mechanical extension that runs through the rack and presses your Mac Mini’s rear power button when you tap it. No wiring. No electronics. No batteries. No risk of failure. Just a clean, satisfying click from the front of your rack — the way it should have been from the factory. Two interchangeable buttons are included in the box. The black button blends into the rack for a stealth, minimalist look that disappears into your setup. The white button stands out clearly if you’d rather find it at a glance in a dim server cabinet. Swap them whenever you like. The rack itself is manufactured from industrial-grade PETG — the same engineering plastic used for printer enclosures and equipment housings because it handles sustained warmth without warping, sagging or going brittle the way cheaper plastics do. Ventilation slots run along the top, sides and base, giving the Mac Mini’s intake and exhaust an unobstructed path so it can throttle up under load without choking on its own heat.Format is the popular 10 inch (250mm wide) 2U mini server rack standard — the homelab-friendly format that sits alongside compact switches, patch panels, mini PCs and NAS units. Four rack bolts are included so you can install straight out of the box.Designed and finished in the UK by SLM. Mac Mini not included.Compatibility: Apple Mac Mini M4 and Mac Mini M4 Pro only. Does NOT fit M1, M2 or M2 Pro Mac Minis — those use the older, larger 197mm chassis.

• FRONT-MOUNTED POWER BUTTON, NO REACHING UNDERNEATH – A physical button extension on the front of the rack mechanically presses your Mac Mini's rear power button when you tap it. Zero electronics, zero wiring, zero lag. Power your Mac Mini on and off without ever turning the rack around.
• DESIGNED EXACTLY FOR MAC MINI M4 AND M4 PRO – Engineered to the precise dimensions of Apple's new Mac Mini chassis released late 2024 (both M4 and M4 Pro fit). Will NOT fit older M1, M2 or M2 Pro Mac Minis as those use the larger 197mm chassis. Check your model number before ordering.
• HEAT-RESISTANT PETG WITH OPTIMISED AIRFLOW – Built from industrial-grade PETG, the engineering plastic used in 3D-printed enclosures because it shrugs off sustained server-rack temperatures without warping or sagging. Fully vented top, sides and base keep cool air moving around the Mac Mini.
• STANDARD 10 INCH 2U MINI SERVER RACK FORMAT – Slots straight into any 10 inch (250mm wide) mini server rack at 2U height. Perfect for homelab and SOHO setups where the Mac Mini sits next to your switch, patch panel, mini PC or NAS in the same rack mount enclosure.
• TWO POWER BUTTONS INCLUDED – STEALTH OR HIGH-VISIBILITY – Black button for a clean stealth look that disappears into the rack, or swap it for the included white button if you want it instantly findable. Comes with 4 rack bolts so you can install straight out of the box.
