Spraying wood glazes
With Fence & Decking Sprayer
If you want to use compressed air to spray wood glazes, one of our “High Volume Low Pressure” (HVLP) units is ideal. The glaze is atomised by means of a large air volume and low air pressure through the nozzle. As the glaze is under low material pressure, the droplets are slightly larger – which in turn reduces the amount of spray mist. The large 1400ml pot means you can keep spraying for longer and the turbine has a shoulder strap for easy movability.

Are there any tips and tricks for achieving a perfect spray finish?
We recommend spraying in a vertical spray direction. Move the device at a constant distance of 10-30 cm and at a constant speed. Make sure that the spray overlaps the previous spray slightly in order to achieve a uniform paint coverage.
How do I prepare the substrate for a perfect coating?
In order to achieve the optimal coating of surfaces, they must be clean. All dirt, dust, oil, water, etc. should be removed.
What kind of liquids can be sprayed?
You can spray wood and metal paints, primers, oils, wood preservatives and treatments.
What does HVLP means?
HVLP stands for High Volume Low Pressure. The low material pressure with the high volume of air ensures slightly larger material droplets and therefore less spray mist.
