Naturehike Rock 2.0 Hiking Backpack – Newly Revised 2026

Compared to version 1.0, the Naturehike Rock 2.0 hiking backpack has been extensively improved in 2026 and made significant progress in terms of lightweight and performance.

The material has been updated to a blend of 94% polyamide and 6% ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. With constant lightness, the breaking strength increases by about 30% and the tear strength by 50%.

The carrying system has been developed into the Mount Ridge carrying system. A pre-shaped aluminium alloy support adapts perfectly to the back curve. Together with S-shaped shoulder straps and a padded back panel, it significantly increases comfort on long hikes.

To meet the needs of different tour lengths and body sizes, the 30L version has been added.
The sizes 45L and 60L are available in two back lengths: M and L.
Size M: shoulder strap length 45cm, width 6.5cm, total back height (frame) 60cm
Size L: shoulder strap length 50cm, width 7.0cm, total back height (frame) 65cm

  • Mount ridge comfort carrying system: the hiking backpack is equipped with the Mount Ridge carrying system, which adapts perfectly to the body shape. Thanks to the scientifically divided step padding, the thickness in the upper back area is 13 mm and 15 mm in the lumbar area. The heavy duty breathable mesh with larger pores provides excellent ventilation without heat build-up. A removable metal frame made of 6 series aluminium alloy provides stable support. Its pre-shaped construction effectively transfers weight to the hips for comfortable, pressure-free comfort.
  • Versatile and organised storage system: the hiking backpack has a generously opening, barrel-shaped main compartment that easily holds equipment for multi-day tours. Recessed self-tightening side pockets allow quick access without putting the backpack down. The enlarged, three-dimensional hip pockets offer space for smartphones up to 7 inches – everything is clearly stored and quickly accessible. With the capacities 30L / 45L / 60L there is plenty of storage space. The roll-top design of the main compartment allows flexible volume expansion and easily accommodates all necessary equipment for hiking and camping.
  • Multi-dimensional flexible attachment system: the upper attachment system of the hiking backpack is suitable for securely attaching large equipment such as sleeping bags and tents. Long objects such as sleeping mats can be attached to the floor. The attachment system for hiking poles allows quick fixing of the poles and releases your hands. On the side of the main compartment there is a vertical zip access that ensures access to the equipment at any time. The cross straps on the shoulder straps are practical for radios and meet a wide range of outdoor requirements.
  • Durable and practical details: the hiking backpack is made of a high molecular weight blended fabric, which is abrasion-resistant, tear-resistant and durable. It is equipped with an integrated rain cover, which is equipped with mounting devices on both the ground and in the middle. Even in heavy rain, the contents of the backpack stay dry – a great advantage in unpredictable weather. Built-in water bag compartment with water hose outlet allows you to quickly and easily refill liquid during movement. The chest closure is equipped with a rescue whistle – practical and safe at the same time.
