Designed for busy restaurants, takeaways, cafés and professional catering kitchens, the EASYROSE 28L Floor-Standing Gas Fryer combines high-output LPG heating with a large-capacity single tank and practical features for demanding daily frying.

90,000 BTU/h High-Output Heating

The fryer delivers a gas input of 90,000 BTU/h (approximately 26.4 kW), powered by three heavy-duty cast iron vertical burners. This high-output heating system is designed to provide rapid heating and dependable temperature recovery when cooking successive batches of food.

28L Large-Capacity Frying Tank

The 28L single tank provides generous cooking capacity for commercial frying. Its floor-standing design provides a practical working height without requiring valuable countertop space, making it suitable for professional kitchens with regular high-volume frying requirements.

LPG / Propane Configuration

This model is factory-configured specifically for LPG / Propane operation at 10″ W.C. It features a 1/2″ NPT rear gas inlet for connection to a suitable commercial LPG supply. Installation and connection should be carried out by a suitably qualified gas professional in accordance with applicable local requirements.

Cold Zone for Easier Oil Management

A dedicated cold zone beneath the heating tubes allows food particles and crumbs to settle away from the hottest part of the tank. This helps reduce burning and carbonisation of debris, supporting cleaner cooking oil and more efficient day-to-day oil management. The included crumb rack makes cleaning and maintenance more convenient.

Responsive Temperature Control & Safety Shutoff

The fryer uses a SIT Milli-Volt control valve and adjustable thermostat with a temperature range of 93°C–204°C. For additional protection, the integrated 232°C high-limit safety device is designed to shut off the gas supply and extinguish the pilot if the cooking oil overheats.

Stable Floor-Standing Commercial Design

The stainless steel floor-standing construction provides a clean, bright and professional appearance suited to modern commercial kitchens. Height-adjustable feet help keep the fryer stable and level on the floor during operation. The integrated splashback guard provides additional protection around the frying area.
