The Cookology CET902 is a 90cm built-in infrared ceramic hob with five heating zones on a black ceramic glass surface, operated via a touch control panel with a nine-level slider, individual zone timer, and keylock function.
The five zones cover a range of sizes and outputs to suit different cookware and cooking tasks. The left front zone measures 200mm and runs at 1800W; both the left rear and right front zones measure 165mm at 1200W. The right rear zone measures 230mm with a dual output of 1000W or 2200W, and the centre zone measures 270 x 165mm with an output of 1100W or 2000W. Maximum combined power across all zones is 9200W.
Two zones feature a dual zone function, allowing the inner section to be used alone for smaller pans or expanded to the full zone area for larger cookware. This is activated and deactivated through the touch panel without interrupting other active zones.
The touch panel includes a timer settable up to 99 minutes per zone, which can be used either to switch a zone off automatically at the end of the set time or as a standalone minute minder. A keylock prevents unintended changes to settings during cooking. The residual heat indicator remains active on any zone that retains heat after being switched off, and an automatic safety shutdown cuts power if a zone is left running beyond its default time limit at any given power level.
The CET902 requires a cut-out of 875 x 495mm and has overall dimensions of 900 x 520 x 55mm. Net weight is 12.4kg. A 220–240V single-phase supply is required; the appliance is supplied without a plug and must be installed by a qualified electrician.
