CyclOn Tyre Sealant is a premium ammonia and latex free anti puncture fluid developed for tubeless bicycle tyres, offering fast, reliable puncture protection with minimal air pressure loss. Its unique formula seals holes at lightning speed — including sidewall punctures — helping you stay on the bike even when riding at different tyre pressures.

The advanced sealant formulation delivers lower rolling resistance, making it an excellent choice for performance focused riders on road, gravel and mountain bikes. CyclOn Tyre Sealant is suitable for all tubeless tyre types and can also be used in inner tubes, offering versatile protection across multiple bike setups. Being ammonia and latex free, it is allergy friendly and gentler on tyres, rims and valves compared to traditional sealants.

Developed and produced in the Netherlands and trusted by cyclists for over 40 years, CyclOn Tyre Sealant is available in 125 ml, 500 ml, 1 L and 5 L containers. For optimal performance, the sealant should be topped up every 1,000 km or every 3–5 months, depending on riding conditions.

How to Use

  • Step 01 – Unscrew the valve core from the valve and place the pointed tip of the dosing bottle in the opening. By exerting pressure, you can inject the dosed liquid through the valve into the tyre.
  • Step 02 – Turn the valve core back on the valve and bring your tyre to the desired pressure. Distribute the liquid by shaking and turning the wheel.
