  3. Power & On/Off Habits Always use the original power adapter to avoid unstable voltage. Unplug the power cord when not in use for a long time. Allow at least 5 seconds between power-off and power-on.
  4. Troubleshooting Tips If a disc cannot be read, try another disc first; do not force the unit to repeatedly read a damaged disc. If the unit freezes or gets stuck on the boot logo, unplug for 2 minutes and restart. Do not tap or shake the unit.
