Professional-Grade Solar Window Film – High-Performance Light Control Protection

Upgrade your vehicle or office with our premium self-adhesive window film. Engineered for the UK climate, this high-clarity polyester (PET) film provides a permanent, secure bond that far surpasses temporary PVC static films. It offers superior heat rejection, long-lasting durability, and enhanced shatter resistance without the risk of edges curling over time.

The Science of VLT (Visible Light Transmission)VLT measures the total amount of light passing through the glass. Important: A visually darker tint does not always mean a lower VLT. Our 5% VLT film provides stronger light suppression (light-blocking) than 15% VLT, even if the 15% appears visually “blacker” to the eye.

Choose your VLT based on the precision light control you need:

1% – 15% VLT: Strongest light suppression. Perfect for high-glare environments, rear van windows, and maximum daytime privacy.

25% – 50% VLT: Balanced light filtering. Ideal for UK conservatories and residential bay windows.

70% VLT: Subtle protection. High UV and heat rejection with minimal impact on glass appearance.

⚠️ Master the Installation: Pro Tips for Success

The “Tape Trick” for Peeling: The film consists of a tinted layer and a clear protective liner. If you can’t peel them apart, apply two pieces of adhesive tape to both sides of one corner and pull in opposite directions to reveal the premium adhesive side.

Lubrication is Critical: You MUST use plenty of soapy water (foam water) on both the glass and the adhesive side during installation. The film must “float” on the glass to allow for perfect positioning and easy bubble removal.

• SUN CONTROL FOR CAR & office – Blocks UV +heat! Protect car interiors AND office furniture from sun damage. Ideal for UK conservatories & parked cars.
• UNDERSTANDING VLT: LIGHT VS. COLOUR VLT (Visible Light Transmission) measures the total light passing through the film. Note: A darker visual appearance does not always mean a lower VLT. Our 5% VLT film offers stronger light-blocking performance (light suppression) than 15% VLT, even if the 15% tint appears visually "blacker" to the eye. Choose by VLT % for the precise light control you need.
• ️ SECURE ADHESIVE & SHATTER PROTECTION This is a High-Tenacity Adhesive Film, not a temporary static cling. It provides superior optical clarity and a permanent bond that won't peel, bubble, or curl under high heat. The 1.5 Mil thickness adds a layer of shatter resistance, holding glass fragments together on impact for extra safety.
• ⚠️ PRO TIP: THE "TAPE TRICK" FOR PEELING The film has a clear protective liner that must be removed. To separate it easily: Apply two pieces of adhesive tape to both sides of one corner and pull apart. CRITICAL: You MUST use plenty of soapy water (foam water) on both the glass and the adhesive side during install to keep the film lubricated and moveable for perfect positioning.
• FLEXIBLE LENGTHS & UK LEGAL COMPLIANCE Available in 3M (Small cars/Bathrooms), 6M (SUVs/Conservatories), 10M (Multi-vehicle), and 20M (Large conservatory roofs). STRICT SAFETY RULE: NEVER use on vehicle front windscreens! 1%-70% VLT is for rear and side windows only, in compliance with the UK Road Traffic Act 1988.
