Al Pastor Vertical Skewer Grill Set – Square, 2 Trays, Brush

Make restaurant-style al pastor and shawarma at home – times two. The GRILLAMA No Drama Vertical Skewer Grill Set (Square) gives you everything to build and cook two vertical meat ‘trompos’ at once: two stainless steel trays, two holding grids, four skewers in two heights, and a GRILLAMA basting brush. Ideal for tacos al pastor, shawarma, gyros and towering marinated meats in the oven or on the grill.

• Cook two towers at once: two square stainless steel trays let you stack and roast two meat cones side by side – perfect for feeding a crowd or cooking two flavours together.
• Complete kit, ready to go: 2 trays, 2 holding grids, 2 short (6 in) and 2 long (9 in) skewers, plus a GRILLAMA silicone basting brush – no extras to buy.
• Adjustable skewer heights: choose short or long skewers to match how much meat you’re stacking, from a quick weeknight batch to a full-height trompo.
• Trays catch every drop: the stainless trays collect flavourful juices for basting and keep your oven or grill clean; the grids improve airflow so meat crisps evenly and won’t stick.
• Oven, grill & smoker ready: stainless steel stands up to high heat in the oven, on the barbecue or in a smoker – the on-trend way to make al pastor, shawarma, gyros and birria-style towers.

Slice crispy edges straight off the tower into warm tortillas – authentic al pastor, no vertical rotisserie required. A showstopping gift for taco lovers and adventurous grillers. Includes an illustrated recipe guide; hand-wash and dry after use.
