Try it with mushrooms, thyme and a touch of blue cheese for a modern dish that everyone will love. Barilla Gluten Free Tagliatelle cooks in just 7 minutes. Simply bring water to a boil in a large pot then add the Tagliatelle along with a generous pinch of sea salt to enhance the pasta’s flavour. For authentic “al dente” pasta, boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for 7 minutes. For pasta that’s more tender, boil for an additional minute. Directions

Boil (From Ambient): Bring a pan of water to the boil (1 litre for every 100g of pasta). Add pasta to boiling water and boil for 11 minutes, stirring occasionally.
