How to use

Start by connecting the player to your television. For HD TVs, use the HDMI cable to enjoy 1080p upscaled picture quality. For older CRT televisions or projectors without HDMI ports, use the included AV cable instead. Plug the power cord into a standard UK mains socket. Insert a disc into the slot-loading drive with the label facing up. The player will automatically detect the disc and begin playback. Use the remote control to navigate menus, adjust volume, skip chapters, or access subtitle.

For USB playback, insert a flash drive (formatted in FAT32, up to 32GB) into the USB port on the front or side panel. The player will detect the drive and display available media files. Use the remote to browse folders and select files for playback. Supported video formats include AVI and VOB; audio formats include MP3; image formats include JPG.

The breakpoint memory function works automatically. When you stop playback or turn off the player, the current position is saved. Next time you power on and insert the same disc, the player will ask whether to resume from the saved point or start from the beginning.

Precautions

Do not block the ventilation holes. Avoid placing the player near heat sources or in direct sunlight. Clean the disc tray and exterior with a soft, dry cloth only—do not use liquid cleaners. Do not insert damaged or cracked discs, as these may damage the optical lens. If the player does not read a disc, check that the disc is clean and free from scratches. When not in use for extended periods, unplug the power cord from the mains socket.
