No folding, no fuss — just cover and go. This enlarged grill cover is made for Pit Boss 850, 1300 and 1250 Series pellet grill owners who want an easier way to protect their outdoor BBQ setup. The extra-wide design lets the side shelf stay open, so you do not have to fold it down every time you cover the grill. Sized at 57.9″W x 27.6″D x 43.3″H, this cover fits PB850FB2, Navigator 850M PB850M, Navigator 1300M PB1300M and PB1250CS grills. It also works as a compatible replacement for 40454 style covers. Please check your grill model, side shelf style and dimensions before ordering. Made with 600D polyester fabric and PVC backing, the cover feels sturdy yet flexible for daily outdoor use. It helps shield your pellet smoker from rain, snow, dust, pollen, leaves, splashes and backyard mess, keeping your grill cleaner, drier and ready for the next cookout. Windy patio? Breezy deck? The bottom drawstring cinches around the grill base, while 2 side hook-and-loop straps help tighten the fit and reduce flapping. The 2 reinforced handles make it easier to pull the cover on, take it off, adjust the position or hang it after cleaning. Use it after grilling, before rain, overnight, or during off-season storage. It is a practical outdoor BBQ cover for keeping your pellet grill protected without the little daily hassle of folding the side shelf. Note: This is a compatible replacement grill cover, not an OEM or official cover. Let the grill cool completely before covering.
