Do you need a clean 19-inch rack mount for the heart of your network？ The challenge? Most existing mounts are either fixed brackets that make you unscrew everything just to swap a cable, or lightweight plastic designs that don’t inspire confidence in a professional rack environment.

This hinged steel rack mount solves both problems. The front panel swings open like a door – no tools required – giving you instant access to ports, LEDs, and the power button. Close it and your gateway sits securely in a standard 1U space. Made from 1.2mm steel with a smooth white powder coat, it won’t warp or crack over time. Unlike 3D-printed brackets that degrade in heat, this mount is built for real racks.

What’s included: 5 keystone jacks. What’s not included: Patch cables. We made this choice intentionally. You probably already have quality Cat6 patch cords, or you prefer a specific length for your rack layout. By supplying the keystones but not the cables, we give you the flexibility to use your own trusted cables. Just add 5 short patch cables (sold separately) to connect your gateway’s ports to the front-panel keystones.

The open design allows full airflow around your gateway, while the steel body helps dissipate heat naturally. A removable power cable passthrough lets you route the power adapter cable to the front if needed. You can install the gateway facing front or rear – whatever fits your rack layout.
