• Q2: How do I change the music? A2: Connect your phone via Bluetooth to "Cradle-Controller" to play or change music.
• Q3: What timer options are available? A3: 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours and 3 hours. Overnight use is not recommended.
• Q4: What is the remote control range? A4: Up to 10 metres. Keep your baby within sight at all times.
• Q5: How do I connect a new Bluetooth device? A5: Only one device can connect at a time. Disconnect the previous device first.
• Q6: Why isn't the remote working? A6: Turn off the power, hold the controller's power button for 1 second, then press any remote button. Three flashes indicate successful pairing.
• Q7: What should I check after installing the cradle rocker? A7: After installation, check that the hanging rope is securely tied to the attachment ring. If the knot is loose, retie it firmly before use.

Important: The attachment ring must be fitted onto the supplied carabiner. Do not attach the rope's ring directly to your baby's cradle. Always check that all connections are secure before use.

• Q8: Why is the rocking speed slow or the rocking movement too small? A8: If the rocking movement seems too slow or too gentle, please check that you are using the correct spring.

For safe and optimal performance, the total weight (including the baby and cradle) should be between 3–9 kg when using the small spring and 10–16 kg when using the large spring. Always choose the correct spring according to the total weight.

• Powerful & Quiet Operation – Our baby cradle motor features 9 speed settings to suit your baby's needs. From gentle rocking to stronger motion, you can find the ideal setting. The quiet motor ensures a calm sleep environment, helping your baby fall asleep gently. Suitable for baby hammocks, baby swings, baby swing chair, and cradles
• Flexible Timer & Bluetooth Music – The electric swing motor includes a 4-stage timer (0.5h / 1h / 2h / 3h) that switches off automatically, ideal for sleep routines. The built-in Bluetooth music function lets you play soothing melodies or your baby's favourite songs directly from your smartphone. You can also control music and speed easily via the remote control
• Easy Installation & 16kg Load Capacity – Mounting the motor is straightforward: follow the manual and connect the controller & motor to the carabiner on your baby hammock, baby swing, or cradle. Choose the correct spring (small for 3-9kg, large for 10-16kg). Please regularly check the safety of springs and cords
