• Is it a professional detector?

It is a capable hobby-level detector with six modes and a waterproof coil. It is ideal for beginners and casual detectorists, not a substitute for high-end professional machines.

• How deep can it detect?

Up to 30 cm for larger targets in good conditions. Small coins and jewellery are typically found closer to the surface.

• Is it fully waterproof?

No — The control box must be kept dry at all times.

• Is the battery rechargeable?

No. It uses two replaceable 9V alkaline batteries, which are included in the box.

• Can children use it?

Yes, the shaft adjusts down to 55 cm so older children can use it with adult supervision. It is not recommended for children under 6.

• 【6 Professional Detection Modes for Every Terrain】Built for serious adult detectorists, this metal detector for adults gives you six selectable modes — All Metal, DISC, Jewellery, Memory, Iron Removal and Pinpoint — so you can match the setting to pasture, plough, wet sand or trashy ground in seconds. The upgraded 12-inch dual D search coil delivers a wider sweep and faster recovery between swings, picking out small finds like hammered coins.
• 【Large Backlit LCD with Target ID, Depth and Battery】One screen shows target ID, depth indication and battery level at a glance, so you know what sits under the coil before you dig. Six metal categories — iron, nickel, aluminium, zinc, gold and silver — work with the DISC and Iron Removal modes to reject nails, foil and scrap, cutting wasted holes. Five sensitivity positions and three volume levels let you fine-tune depth and hear faint deep signals through the supplied headphones.
• 【IP68 Waterproof 12-Inch Search Coil】Rated IP68 at the coil, this metal detector for adults waterproof build handles wet sand, damp grass, riverside mud and shallow streams — a dependable beach metal detector for shorelines and riverbanks. Larger targets can be located up to 30 cm down in good ground; small coins and jewellery sit shallower and depth varies with target size, soil and sensitivity. Only the search coil is waterproof — keep the control box dry.
• 【Adjustable 55–140 cm Shaft for Adults and Older Children】The telescopic shaft extends from 55 cm to 140 cm to suit different adult heights and can be shortened for older children joining a family hunt — no tools required. The padded armrest, contoured grip and one-hand control layout spread the 2.35 kg weight comfortably across your arm, so longer sessions on the beach, in the field or across pasture stay steady and less tiring.
• 【Complete Detecting Kit with Everything You Need】Your metal detector arrives ready to use with a carrying backpack, headphones, a digging shovel with its own carry bag, two 9V alkaline batteries (around 30 hours of use) and a clear English manual. From coins, jewellery and relics to beach finds and garden artefacts, the full kit covers your first hunt — ideal for beginners upgrading from a basic machine or as a gift for a keen detectorist.
