• Is the chair sturdy, and what weight can the frame safely support?

  Yes, it's highly robust! The anti-tip iron frame and 600D Oxford fabric support up to 150kg. It's brilliantly safe for up to two children.

• Is it hard to put together? Any tips for a quick assembly?

  It's straightforward. Top tip: screw the top section with the hook first, then inserting the middle connecting rod and tightening it. This prevents alignment issues. We provide a dedicated installation guide video on the product page.

• Does it get too warm or stuffy inside the pod whilst playing?

  Not at all. The pod has roll-up curtains on the windows to ensure proper airflow. On hot days, simply keep them open for a lovely breeze.

• Does the inflatable cushion have a strong odour when unpacked?

  It might have a slight "new" scent initially, which is normal. We advise airing it outside for a day or two before its first use.

• Can I use the pod without the frame, perhaps on a tree in the garden?

  Absolutely! The pod is fully detachable. Use the provided adjustable rope to easily hang it from a sturdy branch outdoors or an indoor ceiling.

• Cosy Hammock Pod: Internal dimensions: 112 cm base diameter x 61 cm height x 68.5 cm top diameter. The pod top and base are supported by 3–4 high-strength curved iron poles with a 150 kg weight capacity for maximum safety. Recommended for up to two children or one adult. The base features an inflatable cushion, providing a comfy, secure spot for lounging, reading or play.

• Detachable Frame & Easy Hanging:The hammock pod can be quickly removed from the frame for standalone use. We include a circular four-hole ceiling fixing plate for secure mounting to ceilings or wooden beams, plus 1.5 m thick polyester ropes that are strong, weatherproof and fully adjustable. Ideal for indoor hanging or looping over a sturdy tree branch outdoors, this floating pod gives a private nook to read, listen to music, play, stream videos and relax with a gentle sway.
• Thoughtful Design Details: The pod features five built-in storage pockets for toys, books and bits & bobs.
