  • How do I switch between Bluetooth and 2.4GHz mode?

    Turn on the headset, then double-press the power button to switch between Bluetooth 6.0 and 2.4GHz wireless mode. The headset starts in Bluetooth mode by default.

    Bluetooth mode works with compatible smartphones, tablets and laptops. 2.4GHz mode uses the included USB receiver and supports compatible PCs, PS4, PS5 and Nintendo Switch devices. Please note that the headset is not compatible with Xbox.

    Press the M button four times to switch between Game Mode and Music Mode. A voice prompt confirms the mode change, so you can easily choose the experience you prefer.
