  • Does this chatpad work with Xbox Series X/S?

    Yes, this keyboard works with Windows 10, Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox One Elite (Series 1 & 2), and Xbox Series X|S controllers. Please note that it is not compatible with Xbox One X. Confirm your console model before purchase.

  • Can I use my headset with this keyboard?

    Of course, you need to plug the 3.5mm volume jack into the controller when installing the keyboard, and then you can use headphones on the keyboard.

  • Where is the 2.4G receiver?

    The 2.4G receiver is on the right side of the top of the keyboard. You can unplug it and plug it into the Xbox console.

  • If I use the controller on PC/Steam, will it also allow me to type and chat with this keyboard?

    Our keyboard is fully compatible with Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox One Elite, Xbox One Elite 2, and Xbox Series X/S controllers, and it works great when you use an Xbox controller to play Steam or PC games.
