Both the retro video game console and controller lights are on, but the game doesn't appear on the TV. What should I do?

1. Please check if the USB cable is plugged into a power adapter. This retro gaming stick does not support directly plugging the USB cable into the TV, as it may cause insufficient voltage and prevent the game from displaying. The power adapter must provide 5V 1A to connect to the USB cable.

2. Step 1: Verify the power supply's rated voltage is 5V and current output is at least 1A.

Step 2: If Step 1 is confirmed, remove the TF card, gently wipe its 8 pins with a clean cloth, then reinsert it.
