• Is the Godox Lux Junior II compatible with all camera brands?

  Lux Junior II S: Compatible with Sony cameras only

• Why has the flash’s recycle time increased?

  When the flash fires continuously beyond a certain number of times and then fires again shortly thereafter, the internal over-temperature protection feature is triggered. Please let the device rest for about 10 minutes.

• Why won’t the Godox 2.4G wireless system trigger?

  1. Increase the frequency; if the distance is less than 0.5 meters, enable the “Near-Range Trigger” feature

  2. Check the battery level; let the device cool down for 10 minutes

  3. Reduce the power output; switch to M mode

  4. Update the firmware

• Why isn’t the flash firing?

  1. Make sure the flash contacts are clean and making good contact.

  2. If the “Sync” icon does not appear in the camera’s viewfinder, wait for the flash to finish recycling.

  3. Check the battery level.

• Why aren’t the control buttons responding?

  If the device’s software malfunctions, press the < SET > and < MODE > buttons simultaneously to force a shutdown, then turn the device back on to see if it’s working properly.
