The G15 is Dell’s gaming-focused, value-minded series of laptops. They cost much less than a comparable Alienware laptop, but borrow some of the same internal features like the dual-fan active cooling system, Alienware’s Command Center software for tweaking gaming settings and optimizing performance, and choice of gaming oriented GPUs.
