Our products use an integrated IC solution.
This means a very high accuracy of the charge status (SOC) of the BMS. The tension of each strand is detected. When assembling, voltage, internal resistance and capacity must match. Otherwise, the BMS will shut down and protect the battery (surge protection).
When connecting to the BMS for the first time, the cell voltage must be below 3.9V. If a value above 4.0 V, the overcharge protection is triggered and the BMS is not activated.

When connecting to the BMS for the first time, the cell voltage must be below 3.9V.
