Discharge:

Deep discharge voltage: 2.8 V ± 0.08 V.

Deep discharge shutdown: 3 V ± 0.1 V.

Surge Protection: 3 to 5 times operating current

Over current fix: charge recovery/load disconnect

Short circuit fix: charge recovery/load disconnect

Charging:

The voltage of a single battery strand should be below 3.9V in the assembled battery pack.

Overcharge voltage: 4.25 V ± 0.05 V.

Deep discharge shutdown: 4.15 V ± 0.05 V.

Charging voltage: 84 V.

Charging current: less than 50A (recommended).

Note: High charging current may cause the battery to heat up.

Dimensions: 80 mm x 160 mm x 17 mm (width x length x height).

Cable size: 2.0 mm pitch / 400 mm length / 21 pin

(In this solution, two cables are connected in series. The negative pole is located on the right, the black connector is connected to B-. The other cables are B1, B2, B3 … B14 etc.

Package includes:

1 x BMS.

1 x cable.

1 x user manual.

Please note:

Our products use an integrated IC solution.

This means a very high accuracy of the charge status (SOC) of the BMS. The tension of each strand is detected. When assembling, voltage, internal resistance and capacity must match. Otherwise, the BMS will shut down and protect the battery (surge protection).

When connecting to the BMS for the first time, the cell voltage must be below 3.9V. If a value above 4.0 V, the overcharge protection is triggered and the BMS is not activated.

This product is an industrial semi-finished product and must be repaired and assembled by professionals with electrical engineering knowledge. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Multiple protection: The Bisida BMS has a variety of protection functions, including overcharge protection, over-discharge protection, over-current protection, short circuit protection, temperature protection, isolation protection and balance protection.
  • 【Operating Temperature】Bisida BMS lithium-ion charger supports charging and discharging lithium-ion batteries (3.7V) in a voltage range of 2.65V to 4.25V, providing protection from low temperatures down to -20°C and high temperatures up to 70°C. (Different voltages and currents require different parameters. Please contact the seller to confirm this.)
  • 【Wiring Method】The wiring methods of the common terminals of the BMS: B – connect to the negative pole of the battery, C – connect to the charge/output negative pole. P – Do not connect. All positive electrodes are the total positive pole of the battery.
  • Note: Before installing the BMS protection board, the voltage, capacity and internal resistance of the individual battery cells must be matched (the voltage difference between the cells must not exceed 0.05 V, the difference of the internal resistances does not exceed 5 MΩ and the capacity difference must not exceed 30 mAh). When connecting to the BMS for the first time, the cell voltage must be below 3.9V.
  • High quality: The BMS from Bisida uses high-quality (A-level) protection ICs that meet industrial and automotive level solutions. The BMS is made from high-quality MOSFETs and ICs.
